The Fraternal Order of Eagles Roy Aerie 3355 is losing ownership of its building after it missed a workers’ compensation insurance payment just before an employee suffered severe burns in the kitchen. The club couldn’t pay her medical bills and she sued, winning a $642,000 judgment.
